Report Notification Technical Guide Released

On 20/06/2024, the Revenue Administration published the New Generation Payment Recording Devices (YN ÖKC) Financial Report Notification Technical Guide 1.0 at ynokc.gib.gov.tr. This guide provides detailed information on the format, content, XML schema structure, notification procedure to RA Technology, and notification timeline for both Old Generation Payment Recorder Devices (EN ÖKC) and new-generation payment recorder device financial reports.

Section 1.2.1: Describes the EN ÖKC Financial Report Data Format, including the usage of elements in the report format, XSD (XML Schema Definition) representation, definition of elements, cardinalities, and sample usage. Each element is detailed in the manual.

Section 1.2.2: Explains the XSD Representation for creating the EN ÖKC Financial Report document. It uses the e-Archive (eArsiv.xsd) schema, with only the relevant EN ÖKC fields utilized. Other fields from the e-Archive schema are not used. The XSD schema structure for the financial report is illustrated in the manual.

Section 1.2.3: Provides explanations for the main elements in the XSD schema of the EN ÖKC Financial Report document. The fields “title” and “mReport” are used in the EN ÖKC Financial Report document, while other fields pertain to different reports and are not relevant to the EN ÖKC Financial Report.
