Key Deadlines 
  • December 1, 2024: Compliance required for high-revenue entities (€200K+) and certain industries (fuels, pharmaceuticals, construction materials, etc.).
  • April 1, 2025: All businesses must comply. 
  • January 1, 2026: Government entities included. 
What is the E-Delivery Mandate? 
  • The E-Delivery mandate requires real-time reporting of transport documents to the IAPR via the myDATA platform. This ensures goods are monitored from dispatch to delivery for full transparency and compliance. 
Phases of Implementation 
  • Phase 1 (Dec 1, 2024): Transmission of
    e-Delivery documents and recipient notifications. 
  • Phase 2 (Apr 1, 2025): Full real-time monitoring, including quality checks and reporting discrepancies.
