ZATCA Announces Wave 12 E-Invoicing Integration
Criteria for Taxpayers

The Saudi Arabian Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) has announced the twelfth wave of Phase 2 of e-invoicing for taxpayers with significant revenue, requiring integration by December 1, 2024. 

Details:

Taxpayer Group: Taxpayers with at least SAR 10 million in revenue subject to VAT for 2022 or 2023.

Integration Deadline: December 1, 2024.

Phase 2 Requirements: Additional requirements for e-invoices and integration with ZATCA’s FATOORA platform.

Notice Period: ZATCA provides a minimum six-month notice before enforcement dates.
