Denmark Releases New Peppol Schematron Packages

The Danish Business Authority (Erhvervsstyrelsen) has announced the release of version 1.16.0 of the Danish CIUS package and version 1.2.13 of the Danish Peppol BIS3-Other package for immediate implementation.

Key Updates:

• Danish CIUS Package (v1.16.0): The Peppol schematrons have been updated to version 3.0.20. The ZIP package includes Danish CIUS requirements, example files (e.g., negative invoices/credit notes, Danish payment methods), and Schematron files (SCH and XSLT).
• Danish Peppol BIS3-Other Package (v1.2.13): This update upgrades Peppol schematrons to version 3.0.16. It covers documents other than BIS3 Billing (non-invoice and non-credit note documents).

Compliance Deadline:The Peppol schematrons included in these releases have been mandatory since February 23, 2026. Users and service providers are encouraged to implement these updates as soon as possible.
