Slovakia Drafts Reform Program to Integrate
EU-Driven e-Invoicing System

In April, the Slovakian Ministry of Finance released a draft of the National Reform Program (NPR), which details several upcoming reforms. Among these, the adoption of the eFaktúra e-invoicing system is a significant focus. This move aligns with the European Union’s “VAT in the Digital Age” (ViDA) initiative, which is still awaiting approval. As of now, a detailed schedule for the mandatory rollout of e-invoicing across Slovakia has not been finalized.
