What is Serbia’s e-Delivery (E-Transport)?
The e-Delivery system replaces paper consignment notes with digital delivery notes, sent through a centralized government platform. It includes critical shipment details: sender, recipient, product info, transport data, timestamps, and confirmation of receipt.

Who Manages the System?
The Serbian Ministry of Finance runs the system via a centralized clearance platform the same model used for Serbia’s e-invoicing system (SEF).

File Format: UBL 2.1 XML
The e-delivery note must follow UBL 2.1 XML, Serbia’s standard for digital documents. This ensures automation, interoperability, and real-time validation.
You’ll need systems that can:
Generate UBL XML files
Submit them through API, web, or mobile
Receive electronic confirmations
