Poland / The Ministry of Finance has made available
in the e-US a module for submitting invoices with an
attachment for KSeF 2.0
- On January 1, 2026, the Ministry of Finance made it possible to notify the e-Tax Office of the intention to issue and send invoices with attachments to KSeF 2.0.
- Issuing and sending invoices with attachments to KSeF 2.0 will be possible after the taxpayer submits an appropriate notification.
- Applications will be processed within a maximum of 3 business days.
