The Polish Ministry of Finance has published updated documentation and user guides for the upcoming Krajowy System e-Faktur (KSeF) 2.0. These resources are designed to support taxpayers, software providers, and integrators as they prepare for the mandatory e-invoicing framework.

  • Technical Documentation & Sample Files: Updated XML schemas, QR code rules, and structures for attachments are now available for download.
  • User Guides: Step-by-step instructions covering portal usage, authentication methods, API integration, and offline mode have been released.
  • FAQ Section: The most frequently asked questions about KSeF 2.0 are addressed, providing both technical and operational clarifications.
  • Training Program – “Środy z KSeF” (Wednesdays with KSeF): Weekly online and in-person sessions explain how to work with the new system in practice.
  • Timeline & Mandatory Use: Large enterprises will be required to use KSeF 2.0 starting February 1, 2026, with smaller businesses phased in gradually.
