L'Administration fiscale du Paraguay (SET) s\u00e9lectionnera des contribuables pour participer au programme probatoire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">E-KUATIA est un syst\u00e8me propos\u00e9 aux contribuables pour faciliter l'\u00e9mission et la remise de documents financiers \u00e9lectroniques et pour assurer l'adoption progressive et durable du syst\u00e8me int\u00e9gr\u00e9 de facturation \u00e9lectronique (SIFEN).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">E-KUATIA offre un service en ligne sur le site web de l'Administration Fiscale du Paraguay (SET) et sur le portail web e-Kuatia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il est possible pour les contribuables d'obtenir les documents financiers \u00e9lectroniques suivants en utilisant E-KUATIA :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cr\u00e9ances de ventes \u00e9lectroniques (CVE).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facture \u00c9lectronique (FE).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facture d'auto-facturation (AFE).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Billet de vente \u00e9lectronique (BVE).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Billet de vente \u00e9lectronique simple (BRE).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Documents d'Ex\u00e9cution \u00c9lectroniques (DCE).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Notation de cr\u00e9dit \u00e9lectronique (NCE).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Billet \u00e0 ordre \u00e9lectronique (NDE).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Connaissement (NRE).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-695fdce7\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Pr\u00e9requis requis par le gouvernement paraguayen pour travailler dans le syst\u00e8me E-KUATIA <\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour \u00e9mettre des documents fiscaux \u00e9lectroniques, un contribuable doit remplir les conditions suivantes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2666 Doit poss\u00e9der un certificat num\u00e9rique d\u00e9livr\u00e9 par une autorit\u00e9 de certification autoris\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2666 Demander l'enregistrement en tant qu'\u00e9metteur de factures \u00e9lectroniques via le syst\u00e8me Marangatu avec votre code utilisateur secret, qui ne fonctionnera que si vous \u00eates en pleine conformit\u00e9 avec vos obligations fiscales. Votre RUC doit \u00e9galement \u00eatre actif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-ca1fc4be\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Avantages du syst\u00e8me E-KUATIA<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il n'est pas n\u00e9cessaire d'imprimer des documents pour l'archivage physique via le syst\u00e8me E-KUATIA. SET stockera num\u00e9riquement toutes les informations dans les documents fiscaux \u00e9lectroniques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le syst\u00e8me E-KUATIA sera disponible 7 jours sur 7, 14 heures par jour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'\u00e9mission de documents fiscaux \u00e9lectroniques contribuera \u00e0 la transparence et \u00e0 la tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 des transactions \u00e9conomiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-310c2b25\"><h3 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Nouveaux \u00e9metteurs de factures \u00e9lectroniques<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La facturation \u00e9lectronique au Paraguay est consolid\u00e9e par le biais du \u201c Syst\u00e8me National Int\u00e9gr\u00e9 de Facturation \u201d (SIFEN), g\u00e9r\u00e9 par le SET. Le processus d'adoption collective est actuellement dans la \u201c Phase d'Adoption Volontaire \u201d, qui a d\u00e9but\u00e9 en ao\u00fbt 2019.
