Das neue Profil erf\u00fcllt die spezifischen Anforderungen der \u00f6ffentlichen Verwaltung in Deutschland, da es neben den Anforderungen der EN16931 auch die nationalen Gesch\u00e4ftsregeln und verwaltungsspezifischen Bestimmungen des XRechnung-Standards enth\u00e4lt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-c6f4cceb\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Wie kann das XRechnungs-Profil in ZUGFeRD integriert werden?<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die ZUGFeRD-Spezifikation bezieht sich auf die Spezifikation des XRechnung-Standards. Dies gew\u00e4hrleistet eine unkomplizierte und fehlerfreie Integration von XRechnung in ZUGFeRD. Die einzelnen Anforderungen an den XML-Inhalt des XRechnung-Profils (CIUS XRechnung National Business Rules) werden durch XRechnung-Gremien au\u00dferhalb des Forums elektronische Rechnung Deutschland (FeRD) festgelegt und durch die Koordinationstelle f\u00fcr IT-Standards (KoSIT) ver\u00f6ffentlicht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-acd52878\"><h2 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Hybrid oder vollst\u00e4ndig konfiguriert?<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hybriddateien werden in ZUGFeRD grunds\u00e4tzlich als PDF\/A-3-Dateien mit einem eingebetteten XML-Dokument erstellt. Eine visuelle Komponente technischer XML-Konstrukte ist somit in allen ZUGFeRD-Profilen vorhanden. Manche beh\u00f6rdlichen Kunden-Rechnungseingangsportale (z.B. die zentrale Rechnungseingangsplattform des Bundes und die OZG-konforme Rechnungseingangsplattform) akzeptieren nur vollst\u00e4ndig strukturierte XML-Rechnungsdaten. Um die erfolgreiche Auslieferung einer ZUGFeRD-Rechnung im XRechnung-Profil zu gew\u00e4hrleisten, erm\u00f6glicht ZUGFeRD die Erstellung einer Rechnung ohne die zugeh\u00f6rige PDF-Datei. Die vollst\u00e4ndig strukturierte XML-Rechnung muss dann an die Portale \u00fcbermittelt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-76ebca83\"><h3 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Welche Syntax wird unterst\u00fctzt?<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wie alle anderen ZUGFeRD-Profile muss auch das ZUGFeRD XRechnungs-Profil in der branchen\u00fcbergreifenden UN\/CEFACT-Rechnungssyntax (CII) erstellt werden. Neben UBL ist CII die Syntax der EN16931, die \u00f6ffentliche Auftraggeber nach EU-Recht empfangen und verarbeiten m\u00fcssen.
