Rum\u00e4nien hat in den letzten Jahren erhebliche Fortschritte in den Bereichen elektronische Rechnungsstellung (E-Rechnung), elektronisches Transportdokument (E-Transport) sowie Standardisierung und automatisierte Finanzberichterstattung (SAF-T) gemacht. 2022 war das Jahr der Digitalisierung f\u00fcr ANAF, die Nationale Agentur f\u00fcr Steuerverwaltung. Hier ist eine Zusammenfassung der wichtigsten Entwicklungen zu diesen Themen:
\nElektronische Rechnung (e-Rechnung):Die elektronische Rechnungsstellung im B2G-Bereich ist ab dem 1. Juli 2022 unter Verwendung des RO eFactur\u0103-Protokolls verpflichtend. Rum\u00e4nien erwog die schrittweise Einf\u00fchrung der elektronischen Rechnungsstellung im B2B-Bereich im ganzen Land. Diese Einf\u00fchrung wurde jedoch auf 2024 verschoben.
\nElektronisches Transportdokument (e-Transport): In Rum\u00e4nien ist mit einer 2022 in Kraft getretenen Verordnung die Nutzung von elektronischen Transportdokumenten (e-Transport) bei allen Transporttransaktionen verpflichtend geworden.
\nStandardisierung und automatisierter Finanzbericht (SAF-T): Die rum\u00e4nische monatliche Transaktionsmeldung SAF-T wurde im Januar 2022 von der ANAF eingef\u00fchrt. Ab dem 1. Januar 2023 sind alle Unternehmen der Kategorien mittlerer und gro\u00dfer Steuerzahler verpflichtet, ihre steuerlichen Informationen in Formular D406, der anerkannten SAF-T-Datei Rum\u00e4niens, zu deklarieren. Kleinere Steuerzahler haben bis zum 1. Januar 2025 Zeit, SAF-T f\u00fcr ihre steuerlichen Meldungen anzuwenden.
