Romania Updates RO e-Invoice Rules for Public Institutions
The Ministry of Finance of Romania published some updates on the RO e-invoicing system.
The Ministry of Finance of Romania published the National e-Invoicing System RO e-Invoice for public institutions. Accordingly, to able be to send invoices to public institutions, their issuers must have a qualified digital certificate, registered for access to the Virtual Private Space (VPS). Registration in the VPS can be done online on the ANAF portal.
The Ministry also published the presentation of web services for the National e-Invoicing System
