Poland Sets New Implementation Dates for
Mandatory KSeF E-Invoicing
The Polish Ministry of Finance has declared a revised schedule for the mandatory implementation of the KSeF e-invoicing system, announced during a press conference on April 26, 2024. The rollout will occur in stages:
- February 1, 2026: This initial phase targets taxpayers with an annual turnover exceeding PLN 200 million (approximately EUR 46 million) from the previous year.
- April 1, 2026: The requirement extends to all remaining taxpayers.
The adjustment in the go-live date follows the recommendations from an external technical audit, indicating the need for significant architectural enhancements to the KSeF system. Additional details on technical specifications and upcoming legal modifications will be disclosed in future updates.
